Dealing with and accepting the error could be a turning point in our personal lives and careers and guide us to rethinking the methodology for solving problems through design.
In our profession, we have a lot of methodology to think of and solve problems with. But is every path of this journey correct? What’s happened if we are wrong? How can we deal with it? If we make some mistakes, how could we overcome, persist, and rethink that situation? Of course, we care too much about being great professionals, but sometimes mistakes happen! In this talk, I want to share some perspectives about being comprehensive and kind if we see an error, which could be a great opportunity to improve your career and your life.
This talk was inspired by the book “The Art of Failure” by Jesper Jull, “Daring Greatly” by Brené Brown, and mentorship on ADPlist and Friends of Figma's members.
